If you do move to this place. Make sure you are up to date on Kansas fair housing laws. This manager actually called me on the phone and said,it would be better if you were with your own kind. I wrote to the management company and received no response. You will also be lied to about the rules of the complex, and other things. The apartments are dirty,leak,have some kind of black stuff around the base molding,and have strong sewer gas smell in some of the buildings.

This is old and not the normal resident experience. They do not do psychiatric evaluations residents so the manager and the reasonable residents have to make the best of things. People can have their opinion but this is out-of-date, inaccurate, and spiteful.
