The apartments are huge! It was great to have a big place especially one that will accept large dogs. I loved the pool becuase it was never crowded and there are great walking trails in the area. On the flip side I felt that the manager is very unprofessional. If she doesnt like you she makes things very difficult. If you ignore her tho, you should be very happy.

These apartments are big and very dirty. Why would you recommend an apartment complex that has a hateful manager. There is nothing worse than to deal with a nasty manager when something goes wrong. I would like people to come forward, to get a class action against the manager and company. They also have it in writing,they do not take large pets.

The author stated this about the manager, obviously you have an issue with her. Solve it. Why did she tell you to be with your own kind? What was she referring to? Also it's her review not yours, write your own and if you have, then you had you chance. It is not the reviewers fault that the manager is hateful and disturbed, it is the managers alone. Also, having worked in customer service, I can deal with bitchy people so that's not really going to deter someone like me. Don't get mad, get even girl.

I couldn't believe it when i heard some people had posted hateful comments about Brookridge. The writers of this libelous and anonymous rant have issues and must be some of the few residents that most of us tolerate, try to be nice to, and also try to avoid, as all they want to do is complain. You do not have a clue what you are talking about, take your meds, and let us know how you like the next place you end up .. given your attitude it won't be any better regardless of location or management.
