This used to be a beautiful property. Not any more. Bottom line here is do as little as possible to maintain and that's it. Manager is a raving B.... Size and cost are the only reasons to even give this place a look see. Hallway are no longer maintained on a weekly basis and trash is allowed to accumulate around the trash bins, where it stays from week to week. There is some kind of funky drainage system along the drive towards the back that is gross with green slime and god know what. Someone needs to report it to the health department !

How can one say "used to be" when you have only lived here 2 years? Granted the place is not AMLI and we are laid back, people take care of each other and the manager has cleaned the hallways and laundry herself when the help is sick. My neighbors (long-term residents _ 20 years plus!) may remember the country club glory days, but they still think Brookridge is the best kept secret in OP and KC.

O.K. That's a lie! The manager has never cleaned those apts. The manager never does anything except take the rent and a little office paper work. That's a fact. The drainage has always been like that. The place is dirty.
