The property here is awesome! Very secluded yet in the middle of the city, beautiful grounds...very large trees, shrubs, flowers! Very unique for rental property! Beautiful view of the golf course "How peaceful is that" Tennants on ground floors have such unique decorating ideas for their patios...plants,flowers, statuaries...how nice i must add! Great swimming pool, lots of foliage, trees and little arched bridges sorround the pool! The apartments are very spacious, with a real Masonry fireplace! which is almost unheard of these days. The management has always been great to work with, friendly and very accomodating to everyone! I admire them for their work with such a large property to manage. Maintenance has always been very good and prompt, if their is ever any delay you will know about it promptly! The grounds are always clean and mowed, snow removal in the winter has always been very prompt. As for the negative reviews i read on here those tennants obviously have nothing better to do than complain....i'm sorry for them. If its so bad... MOVE! :) Come look at the property and see for yourself! A peaceful little community in the middle of the city!

Lets argue the point of my negative review!! You don't know me or what I went through with the manager. You are posting for the manager. Friend or relative?? Parts of your post are untrue, as people who might rent there will find out. As far as complaints I never complained once, when given an apartment that's toilet leaked all over the floor every flush, or the hugh dog that barked and cried for hours all day and night. As far as move... we all did Stupid.
