CDF is a very nice complex, clean, well kept lawn, friendly neighbors, maintanince prompt. The only real problem that I seen with the complex was the managment, they changed managment too much, the first staff when we moved there was very nice. But they just got worse, we were told at one point that we would have to move because I had poor credit, which made no sence to me since I was not the one working or paying the bills, that was my husbands commitment. I was a full time student. I believe that was the 3rd set of Managment staff we had. I can only hope that they have changed staff since that event, no one deserves to be treated the way we were over something on my credit 5 years previous. Other then that I would recommend the complex.
