I am currently having a problem with them fixing a leaky roof that has caused water stains (and eventually mold) on my bedroom roof due to the major rainstorm over Labor Day Weekend. It hasn't been even 3 weeks, so I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt. Other than that, management is very responsive to needs and very friendly and easy to work with. As with any rental property, there are things that need to be fixed, and generally they do a great job. I'm on my 2nd year there and if I don't buy a house soon, will probably sign up for my 3rd.
