For it's age, far better than many new communities

I have been at Casa since July of 02 and have enjoyed this stay way more than any community i haved lived before. Landscape is beautiful, I can get to highways like I35, US69, and 435 in under 5 min, HyVee, Tanners, two hair saloons and a nail saloon, a dentist, eye care, and a few more are all walking distance(less than 5 min walk). The staff is great. As with any place, I have had issues and they seem to get resolved in a timely manner. Especially Maintenance request. Almost every request was completed the same day(not that I had alot). Besides all the dogs I have recomended this place and plan to stay till I buy a house
