I lived at Casa for 13 months, I got a great special on my apartment only $499 for the 1 bedroom, this is my favorite apartments that I have lived at I made friends with all of my neighbors and had a great time relaxing and drinking beer by the pool all summer long! I loved the floorplan of my apartment with the breakfast bar I could watch T.V and cook dinner and do dishes at the same time and I just loved it.
like I said I lived there 13 months I never had any complaints about me and never was late on rent untill my second to last month, I have to admit I was about 25 days late!! Issues with my job of course! They sent it in to evictions and I of course paid it off before it got that far. Well at the end of my lease I decided that it was time to get a house with my fiance a prospective rental house sent in for my rental history and it they told them everything that they had filed for eviction and all, and that they would not re rent to me! What the fuc* I had been a great tenant I screwed up one month one month blew it.
I would probly not make such a big deal out of it but I am currently a leasing agent at an apartment complex and if someone was one month late we would say that they had one late payment and re-rent. the only reason that we wouldn't rerent is if this was a reoccuring issue.
I beleive that that was very unfair. Also they wanted to charge me for issues that where wrong before I lived there and I had givin them a very very detailed list when I had moved in and they claimed they couldn't find it! I had to dig through all my boxes of unpacked things and find the list myself, signed by one of the office staff when I moved in and personally deliver it. Then they remembered imagine that!!
