I lived at Casa for 4 months (temp contract assignment) and had no real complaints other than typical apartment-dweller complaints (noisy neighbors, etc.). My water heater blew a gasket and they were there within 30 minutes to fix it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds well-maintained. I'd recommend it.
