The management team is rude and very unhelpfull. They do not care about their residents as they state. If you have loud neighbors that have parties until 3 in the morning, the management will say they will "take care of it" but they never do. It doesnt matter if you write to the management company or call in and talk with the manager at the complex, you are not important to them, only your money is. I was very disappointed and moved as soon as my lease ended.
