Casa De Fuentes is in a great location off Highway 69. Also very close to the trails. Its in a safe, mostly residential area, and on a street where there are hardly any cars. You can hear the highway sometimes though if your windows are open.
I would recommend an apartment facing the courtyards. There is hardly any noise, ever. i have never heard my neighboors next to or below me, even though I know people live there. Parking is never a problem. I've never had a problem with the management, when I do deal with them they seem average, and they have changed in the past few years. maintanence responds quickly. Lots of dogs in this complex, so there seems to always be poop if you venture too far into the grass.
I would really recommend these apts, they are not as pretty and/or new as some in the area but they are just as safe, more quiet and in a better location.
