i would never renew my lease here this is the worst place i've lived. it has a horrible bug problem, the appliances are so old and junky, you can hear everything through the walls, even the sinks/toliet/and bathtubs are soo old the ceramic is wearing off making it impossible to clean and keep clean. The carpet there is horrible if you spill anything too bad because it is not coming out. I was too skeptical to ever have anything fixed in my place as well because the maintenece crew is very creepy and i had heard from other residents that they take way too long and are incompetent. The staff is VERY rude and very unhelpful and change frequently. i cannot wait to move out of this place and i have heard that they try to charge you for everything once you move out, wich it's deffinitley not worth it! the carpet was horrible when i moved in i'm not paying to replace it! we'll see.. and then i will let you know!
