we have had nothing but problems here. When signing our application , out of no where the office lady said "Oh and we don't have bug problems" Sure enough, their bug problem is HUGE, ---- roaches, spiders, ants.....and WASPS EVERYWHERE. Not only that, but our apartment smells like raw sewage, and they insist it is our air conditioner''!'!'!' Poorly insulated, I have a 1 bedroom, and the AC is set at 76, and our bill is still $120. We have noisey neighbors, the staff is rude, maintance is slow to respond and even then they do not complete what they are asked. It took them over a month and for me to finally tell them I would contact the Kansas Tenant Law Agency for them to take a look at our apartment. We came home one day to find our carpet soaked, air conditioner drain backed up and came through the floor. Now our apartment smells like mildew, and the office will not respond to calls and emails. To break a lease it will cost $1,500
Plus there are suspicous activities that take place that make me not feel safe after dark.
Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT RENT FROM CASA DE FUENTES
