I have lived in SO many apartments throughout my years and this is the worst place I have ever lived. All the windows and doors fill up with condensation during the winter and because of the moisture I have mold around each of those surfaces. Management response was that every apt here has that problem and to just clean it with bleach. I tried to explain that it is now in the air (yep, i researched it all) yet mgmt did not seem concerned. They just keep sending maintanence to clean the areas with bleach, but the problem is the crappy construction of windows, cheap windows, and no weather stripping etc. (even maintanence agreed with that) Thus the mold will continue to come back. Bonus, I have allergies to mold! So, the moment I would arrive home I immediated became congested, headache and ichy/dry eyes, etc. I don't feel management really cares to assist you with major problems like this. And maintenance staff is only on duty to help you M-F, 9-5, which is not convenient at all for renters. (heck, I don't even work "bankers hours") I have had continuous bug problems(spiders, ants, wasps, nats) as well. (BTW, I am a complete neat & clean FREAK, with no pets!) Noisy: You can always hear when your neighbors run water, take showers, and hear the upstairs and side neighbors walking, talking & music. (thin walls is a commone issue in most apts) Pool: nasty green, unclear water on several occasions and people were swimming in it. Yuck!! Fitness Facility: SUCKS! Too small, (only 2 poople can realisticaly be in there at a time--more than 2 people = crowded), old equipment, not enough equipment, dirty. Extras: breakfasts (once a month at the most--if that) are continental with a lack of beverages served = nothing special There are tons on dog owners here which = doggie pooh! Staff: During my stay...major turn over. This seems to be common in complexes, yet makes you wonder. Ya know'! This apartment complex is getting old and needs major work all the way around. (so look closely while apt searching) Property needs major work & renovations if it wants to compete with news apartments being built. Bottomline, I don't want to pay good $$$ to breath in mold and I would not want anyone else to either. Not good for your health! So may want to look elsewhere.

I agree with the paper thin walls; however, the real problem is the inconsiderate A**holes that live in this complex. In the first month after we moved in, I called the cops twice on the same neighbor and I went and knock on other two personally to remind them that there are people trying to sleep. I agree with evertyhing you mention here, can't wait for our lease to be over...
