I've lived in a lot of different apartments in my lifetime, and Casa De Fuentes is the best yet. When I moved in the apartment was professionally cleaned, and the walls freshly painted. Yes, people have complained about mold, but these are probably the same people who don't follow logic and buy some lysol wipes and solve the entire problem in 3 minutes. The maintenance staff is trustworthy, and they usually respond within 24 hours. Appliances are older, but are clean and work well. The biggest complaint I would have is how thin the walls are. Noise can sometimes be bothersome. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
