It started out just like going to a car dealership. The staff was eager to sell me something, we looked at a couple different rooms, went over the agreement, and then it went down hill. I ended up getting a one bedroom for six months to see how I liked it. ANTS, WASPS, and Dog Sh** everywhere. I called the management to have them do something about the wasps and dog problem, I took care of the ants myself. There were notices mailed out about the dog problem, but nothing was enforced. In fact they called me threatining the kick me out for the dog I didn't have. When I asked to move out after six months they pulled some law on me saying I had to pay two more months after my lease was up because of the notice terms, so I'm currently paying for two apts for two months right now. Parking was horrible, could never find a spot close to my apt. Strict rules by the pool for the residents, all accept for the management who were drunk everytime I was there. Maintence sucked, my bathtub leaked and they tried to fix it, but kept leaking. This was first bad experience with a landlord, I do not recommend this place. DO NOT RENT FROM CASA DE FUENTES

uh...if you signed a 6 month lease, you only pay for 6 months. their mistake or not.
