I've lived here 3 1/2 years. Mostly good. Maintenance guys respond quickly and fix things as best they can considering what they have to work with. Office staff is friendly and respectful. There are numerous irresponsible dog owners who don't clean up, but there is only so much the staff can do about that. Noise has never been a problem until some 'wild ones' move in across the parking lot. They do get loud about 3:00 A.M. but only occasionally. Utilities are dirt cheap. But unfortunately, the exterior maintenance is going downhill. Potholes which they said were being fixed never were. Rotting wood, peeling paint and cable tv boxes falling off the walls. Cabinet doors sag. Windows frost up, then drip down the sill and on the floor. Mildew has eaten into the caulking. Cleaning won't work. It needs cut out and redone. It really needs some serious rennovation but it's become clear that the property owners either have no money or no intention on putting any into the property. Good location but I'm going to have to say goodbye. Embarrased to bring anyone around. You pretty much get what you pay for. I'd recommend it but only for certain situations and know what you're getting into.
