Just to get down to the brass tacks of it all.
The staff at the office is friendly, and always willing to listen. They have great hours, and make it a point to know you by name immediately. The turn around time on complaints is astounding. My water heater's thermostat went out on New Years Eve. Within 30 minutes I had someone at my door discussing solutions, and within hours it was fixed.
The location is great. You're by 69 and 119th, but you don't really hear any traffic. Getting downtown in rush hour takes less than 20 minutes without speeding. Anywhere else in the metro is not that hard to get to because 435 is about 1 mile away.
The grounds are always kept nice, and there are doggie stations at certain locations.
I personally have never had to park more than 50 feet from my front door. So, yeah, parking is decent.
The insides of the apartments are professionally cleaned before you move in.
I've lived here for 2 years, and enjoy it thoroughly.

It is amazing how these days of economic trouble companies go to extreme measures just to keep customers coming. I don??????t know what part of this apartment complex you live in, (if in fact you are a resident??????) but I know you are lying. Not one thing mentioned in your review is true, from my end of the story; the only thing I can come up with is that you work for this apartment complex. I am a resident of this place, so I know what I am talking about.

Ha Ha. I agree with the resident who responded to the 1st review. Here is what I have to say: Parking sucks, staff doesn't give a sh** about your name, it took a week to fix my cracked tub that stained the floor, staff is too drunk around the pool to listen to complaints or reviews. It is a good location, but the rest of that bull comes from a staff member.

AMEN! I agree with this last comment! I have had my share of apartments and the staff sucks! They are a bunch of young girls who care only about their personal lives and what they might do over the weekend! As a matter of fact, the last time I went to the office, the assistant manager pushed me aside when her friend walked in to discuss where they were going after work. Made me feel important.... NOT! None of my maintenance items have been fixed, the parking sucks, there are pot holes EVERYWHERE! Answer me this??? Maintenance, how hard is it to mix cement or tar and fill those holes? My kids could do it! FINAL THOUGHTS: Maybe we will get lucky and their corporate office will read these, bring their behinds out here, get rid of the Property Manager and hire someone with the experience on how to take care of apartment communities!

Yeah I agree with everyone here it is obvious that the person who made the original comment works for our complex! Not sure who it is but sounds like one of the girls from the office. This place is no fun to live at!!!!! NOTHING IS EVER FIXED AND I MEAN EVER!!!!!!

I agree to the last comment. Dont judge a book by it's cover! They have to put up with so much and maybe if they didn't have to handle peoples annoying complaints all day they would have more time for everything else. I have lived here for three years and I'm happy.
