I have not lived here very long and all I have to say is that if this place were a car it would be a lemon! When repairs are made they are rigged at best, the office staff, once they have got your money, are rude and unconcerned except for with their own lives. The manager does not respond to messages and is very rarely available with exception of 9-5. These hours work great if you are a person looking to rent, but once you are here how do you get a hold of her if she doesn't respond to messages from anyone!! Unless things change very drastically, (i.e. a whole new office staff), I will not be renewing my lease once my time here is up! I already feel like this place is a prison, and I have not been here long enough to feel that way.

Also, while exploring the grounds and facilities of my new home, if I can call it that, I found something quite disturbing. I went to the hot tub the other night after work. Then once I was done sitting in the hot tub I went to the rest room to dry off and change out of my bathing suit. At the back of the rest room there is a door and being curious about my new surroundings I opened it. Behind that door I found another door labeled Women's Room. Since I was already in the Women's room this label made me even more curious and I opened that door as well. Behind that door I found something very scary. There was a room that was a disaster and in this room there were several scattered boxes that were labeled move out records. These type of records should not be kept in such an unorganized manner or readily accessible to people that are not employees of this complex. This makes me wonder what will happen to my records when I move out. I don't like the idea of just anyone being able to get to my private information.

That's really funny if who ever wrote this isn't a resident. How lame can some people be? Or how Creepy? I don't like the idea of a snoop living neer me! That's the only problem I have with this place!

I believe it. I know what room your talking about. The women that run this place are complete douche bags. they dont reply back to messages, they dont know how to answer a simple question and the only way to get an answer is to call constantly! oh, and not to mention.. MOLD!!!!!!!! BLACK MOLD!!! EVERYWHERE! So.. Woman that work at casa. F*** YOU!
