I have lived at Casa, for a little over three years. I love everything about it! It is close to where I work, and easy excess to the interstate. I do agree with people on the fact that the parking lot could use some work, but I think it s an on going problem all over Kansas. The parking lots and streets in Overland Park, Ks could all use a little work; so what do people expect''''' The last few winters have been harsh!!!! Just the other day I went to visit a friend at a pretty new Amli property (Won t give any names) but their parking lot was far worse then ours Listen! I think Casa is in very good shape, being since it is over twenty years old .
I have always gotten great response from maintenance. When I call in a work order, it gets done that same day or the next. I think the office staff, is also great! They have always tried to help me with what ever my needs may be. (EXAMPLE) My car broke down a few weeks back, and the leasing agent asks me if she could help me in any way! My point is, is that I go into the office very often! I get a lot of packages from my work that gets sent there. And in all the times I ve been in the office, the girls are always friendly and professional. These ladies are there to do their jobs, not to be babysitters to grown people who have nothing better else to do.
I can t stand when people complain, (after all they do live in an apartment). If they don t like it, move to a house. I just think that in this day in age, where the world is in such a financial mess, and that there are men and women over seas fighting for this country that people would still WORRY! about the small stuff

What is this quote from the above review even supposed to mean? These women in the office obviously lack training and should be replaced! Not to mention that if you are going to try and sound smart you might want to learn english first.

This is quite obviously someone in the office trying to bring the ratings back up! I agree with all of the negative statements about this complex! It is not a very good place to live and if anyone tells you different then you are being lied to! Run Away Fast!!!!!!!
