B/n my roommates & I, we got locked into bedrooms & bathrooms because the door knobs didn't work.
Our entrance hallway smelled like dog piss. We had birds that were trapped in our entrance dive-bombing us at least 1x/month. We had termites that ate through our bathroom wall. Not only did it take the Crust several weeks to come help, but all they did was patch up the hole. The next day the termites were flying out of our bathroom vent (needless to say we stayed in a hotel - and charged Cedar Crest). A couple of weeks later they finally came w/ the exterminator. We also had these HUGE smelly beetles that would drop to the floor out of now-where, slugs, rollypollys, and brown spiders.
The laundry rooms were dirty and the machines always broken. One leaked water all over, and it went through our walls and soaked the carpets in our apt! My roommates walls were moldy because of it - they painted over the mold!
Not to mention we experienced a shoot-out at 11pm with dozens of cop cars and media surrounding our apartment.
When we moved out, they tried to keep our deposit b/c they "had" to repaint the walls. Each room had different colored painted walls, which were that way when we moved in! They even used it as a selling point to get us to move in there!
I was glad to get out of the apt and I would never move back there again. Too many problems with staff that didn't seem to care!
