After reading other postings regarding this complex I thought I would add my two cents worth.
Oviously this complex is still the same as it was when I lived there from 1997 to 1998. I moved from California in 1997 due to a job transfer.
Upon arrival the apartment was filthy. It had not been cleaned. the carpets were grossly dirty and there was filthy dirt and dust everywhere. The management said it had been cleaned a few weeks before and it just got aliitle dirty from them using it as an aprtment to show prospective tenants.
We had a major bug problem. Termites that swarmed many times, ants, spiders and cochroaches that came over from the building next door.
The health department had forced the managment to evacuate the building next door because the cockroach problem was so bad.
The maintanence staff was outright terrible.
One incident that comes to mind is we had a water leak from upstairs and the maintanance supervisor who took the call said what did we expect him to do about it because it was almost 9pm and he did not want to check it until after 8am the next morning.
The laundry rooms had 'illegeal' type -------- using them that did not live on the property, spoke no english and were stealing cloths from the washer and dryers that belonged to residents! The management did not care at all!
BE SMART AND DO NOT MOVE THERE!
