This is a terrible apartment complex.
The office staff, starting with the manager, are extremly rude. Their favorite sentence (actually the only one I ever hear) is we can't do that. They are unaccomodating. The office staff, including the manager, will repetetively make promises and then do the exact opposite. Maintenance comes in without any warning and doesn't know how to fix a leaky faucet. There is a HUGE bug problem which doesn't get addressed until you call the office three times and then it takes weeks and the bugs are still there. There is inadequate parking and people are allowed to park broken cars in the lot (and take up valuable spaces) for months on end.
The worst problem is the poor, poor staff. They are rude, unhelpful, and go out of their way to make residents' lives difficult.
A box on the street would be better than cedar crest
