This apartment complex is absolutely disgusting! I have lived there 6 months and have had several problems since I have been there. People act like the parking lot is a race track and it is very dangerous. Way too many people play their music in their cars loud enough to sing along with in your own apartment, at all hours of the day and night. People use the parking lot as a body shop.

The walls and ceilings of the apartments are probably as thin as paper. You can hear almost everything your neighbors are doing, especially if they are having a party in the hallway, as I have encountered several times. The doors to the apartments are heavy and slam shut. They make my apartment door rattle every single time someone goes in and out of their apartment. It took me about a month to get over thinking that someone was trying to break in. I have had dead mice also. The worst thing is that dirt comes out of my air vents. This dirt covers my walls, windows, mirrors, clothes and anything else in the apartment. I have to clean my windows EVERY DAY! I have even put filters in all of my vents and they were covered in black soot 3 days later. It's disgusting and unsafe. In the hall, there is a light that is on SOMETIMES. The other times it's pitch black in the hall and I have a hard time trying to find my keys. I would strongly suggest NOT living under the staircase if you do decide to move in. The people run down the stairs so hard that the pictures rattle and fall off of my walls.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! It costs too much to try to keep it clean and it is not safe!
