okay until they switched management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
for the first 2 years i have never had any problems with cedar crest. then they switched management. and nothing gets done. i had a leak around the frame of my patio door for six months. first time i told them, they would send someone out. they did, but they told us a outside contractor would come and look at it. of course we have had a very rainy spring/summer and everytime it rains it gets worse. there are water stains all around the frame. its also damaged and soft to the touch. water pours in like a faucet even with the littlest of rain. we've told them at least once a month for the past six months that there has been a leak and nothing has happened. we've given up. parking is absolutlely horrible. it doesn't help that there are residents who sell cars out of their apartment and park alllllllllllll of their cars for sale in the lot which leaves others with little or no parking. Fitness center is a joke (after they switched management). when the equipment breaks it doesn't get fixed. its horrible. i am so ready to move out of here.
