I moved back to Kansas from the east coast and checked out many apartmetn places. i had lived here 5 years ago and it was not the "prime" place I had hoped. But, when I drove past, I saw improvements had been made since i lived here. I was impressed with the obvious improvements outside and the staff were friendly. There were a few new faces, but I was impressed that the Manager took the time to speak with me while I was in the office. I have leased a 2 bedroom with a washer and dryer connection at a VERY affordable price and have moved in and met nice neighbors. I am glad to be back!
