This place is the absolute worst to live in. The management and maintanence sucks. They think they know more than you, very beligerant staff.
The apartment is a reck. The flooring in the kitchen and two bathrooms looks like it was put in by two monkeys. The carpet last about 3 months and it was trashed. We live on the 3rd floor and on hot days, it doesn't keep the place cool. It was 78-80 degrees in our apartment and we had to sleep on an air matress in our living room because maintanence didn't think there was a problem. They don't replace the filters, they maybe replace them every decade. The tile in our bathroom was moldy and falling apart when we moved in. We bought a washer and dryer and the circuit breaker box went crazy. The outlets haven't been replace since the place was built. There are cracks in the front door and sliding glass door. You can see daylight come right through the door. Absolutely no seal. Our electricity bill was outrageous for one month. It is a 3 bedroom apartment, not a 3 story house.
The bathroom sinks have not been replaced.
The parking lot is a race track. The grounds look horrible. They don't do anything to make the place look attractive. They said they were doing 3 million dollars worth of work to the buildings which was a complete joke. They put this horrible carpent and what they call tile in. Looks like something they pulled out of a circus. The installation was done by a 5 year old. It wasn't a professional job.
I would never recommend anyone living in this place. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

We in the office apologize for your apparent dissafaction with our community. The filters are changed 2 times a year for your health and comfort, as for the other items you have concerns about, you might have time to come meet with me so that I may address and correct these and any other concerns that you might have. The manager's idea of addressing the problems and concerns is to carefully listen to your problems and concerns, and then ignore them. I've been watching her do this with my mother over the last year. You will not get anywhere with the manager.
