I moved out here from the east coast and this complex was a steal to find. When I had problems with the toilet and the sink, maintenance was out the same day if not the next. They are very responsive and helpful. Also, the yellow colors of the complex really brighten up the area. Plus, there is ALWAYS people cutting the lawn. My ONLY complaint would be the washers/dryers tend to break frequently. Otherwise, sure people hang out in front of the complex and play their music...but we don't have backyards, so is it really that bad' I don't mind it at all...and I would certainly recommend this place.
