I've lived here for a year and I love my apt! There are areas of the complex that I'd prefer or recommend over others, but overall I've been very pleased. Mgmt keeps the grounds clean and well manicured. They are very responsive to my needs. Rent is affordable and relatively cheap compared to other Overland Park apt complexes. I'd recommend moving here if seeking a place to live. My only advise is to ask if you have options on WHERE in the complex you live. If you can find a little culdesac or a building on the outter ring of the complex, you'd be a lot happier as they are typically quieter.
