My first few months at Cedar Crest were great, the lawn was well maintained, the tenents were approachable and my apartment hadn't started deteriorating. Things have drastically gone down hill in the last 9 months of my occupancy and it seems to be getting worse daily. My neighbors are quickly being replaced by unfriendly "sketchy" individuals. I even looked online and found that one of the individuals in my complex is a registered sex offender. I had to request maintenance three times before anyone even came to see the water dripping from the ceiling in my bathroom. Not to mention the fact that they didn't replace any of the drywall. I'm sure I've got plenty of mold growing up there.
