This place is the ghetto of Johnson County. I lived in this dump for 7 months out of my lease in 2000. This was not getting out quick enough. I lived on the first floor and all the people upstairs would throw their cigarettes down to my floor, which the front door was the only way out for fire, my windows in my room always stuck. Also the drug enforcement agency had comebreaking down doors, plus many drug dealers lived here. Also would allow out of town companies to do short term leases with many people living in an apartment. The laundry facilities are bad, most of the appliances were broke and residents from other buildings would then tie your laundry room up...or people would not get their clothes out. The gym equipment was always broke, them the pool was always filthy. If you are into trashy people and drugs, this is the place for you...if not run like hell!
