I lived @ Cedar Crest for about a year. It was okay, but it needed to be updated (boring white walls, really dark woodwork, etc). Maintenance usually repaired things in a timely manner. I called several times to have them fix the vinyl flooring in my bathroom that was peeling up, but it was never done. Also, I paid for a carport, but the lights in it were burnt out for months! When my roommates and I decided to part ways, I asked the girls in the leasing office about any specials they were running because I was interested in a 1 bedroom. I was told that because I was "down-grading" from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom, I was't eligible for any specials. Also, there are A LOT of non-English-speaking tennants from south of the border who enjoy hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night and listening to mariachi music at an unreasonable volume!

I don't think it is fair to call me a racist because I don't enjoy listening to other peoples' music at all hours of the night. I would have said the same thing about white people. By the way, MY HUSBAND IS MEXICAN!

I agree that Cedar Crest does nothing to control the noise issues. I live next door to beaners who play their music nonstop at high volumes, I have complained many times and nothing is done. If you like fiestas then you should definitely move into Cedar Crest!!

I moved in during the summer expecting to go swimming in a decent pool. The pools are infested with -------- who decide to bring their babies in the pool with no diapers!! Also, there was some chunky stuff in the pool that looked like someone had just puked in the pool and no one cleaned it up, probably the -------- too.
