I Live at Cedar Crest and i think FOR THE PRICE this place is a good place. I have seen worse apt in this area! So dont just complain if you are not willing to to pay more for an apt. right across the street there is a nicer apt complex, why did you not live there' because it is too expensive, so if you want the best you should SHUT your MOUTH, STOP COMPLAINING, and pay more for a better place! Dont expect a palace when you only have money for a one room shack!

I am not paying to live in a shack first of all. All I expect is a decent living space with decent and courteous neighbors. I'm so sorry that you feel the need to write off others' complaints as if they are not valid. Maybe you need to take your own advice and SHUT your MOUTH.

If I could win the lottery that would be fabulous! But for the time being, I choose to live here because I like the area, I do like my apartment, the problem I have is with the tenants. I was hesitant to move to Johnson County anyways because of the know-it-all, snobbish, egotistical, narrow-minded people; and the only thing you've done for me "tatertot" is proven my point.

Isn't this a place to write a review on apartments? and not some place to be at war with people you do not even know? Now that is a laugh! This complex SUCKS! I know, My Mom just moved from there. It is loud,they do nothing for you they say they are. For what you get it is expensive for Joco. I wouldn't advise anyone to live there.

Don't move here if you value your sanity and your property. Residents like to hit your car and then take off, you probably won't ever find 'em because there are so many of them cooped up in a one bedroom apt.; it brings yet another meaning to hotboxing it!

How is that tatertot81 gave the place a five and then later says it sucks? Know your rights people, mention law and it has been in my experience landlords start doing things right

oh okay so my complaints about the first time walking into my apartment and being bombarded with FLEAS isn't valid? they didnt do a proper check and cleaning of the place before I moved in. they could have cared less. oh and not to mention that my apartment single handedly heats and cools the hallway with which the door doesnt close I also have to keep a weight in front of my refrigerator door because it cannot and will not stay closed. clearly you got lucky with a decent apartment... because mine is a peice of crap ready to retire and management is out to get as much money as they can before they get shut down...
