My husband and I have been living here for a year, and this is the worst place we have ever lived. To start with our neighbors 2 floors up use our patio as a trash can when reported to the office they just say sorry. We have chipmunks living in our walls, and have chewed up stuff in our storage closet. We had a water leak from the apartment above us and it took maint. 2 days to come look at our celing, and when they came them just looked at it and said we will be back tomorrow, and never came back. To top all this off the office staff is so rude. I wouldn't recommed this community or any of Peterson Properties other communities. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

ah yes I also forgot to mention I too have chipmunks living in my walls... I have a nice hole leading into my closet and then another leading into the wall near my bedroom
