Cedar Crest Apartments

mediocre at best From: Jimbo97TA Date posted: 6/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Cedar Crest is the first apartment complex I have ever lived in, so I don't have much to compare it to. My roommate and I chose it because these apartments were larger than average and they had a great special rate going. When we were touring the place we were assured that renovations would be starting soon on the complex (within a month or two we were told) 10 months later I am just now starting to see progress. Paint is flaking off everywhere the decks and fences are rotten. The weight room always seems to have some equipment broken and only 1 of the 2 pools is actually open at this time. I know noise has been a big issue to some other reviewers, as far as hearing others, it is very faint. We have been known to get a little rowdy on the weekends, but are on good terms with our neighbors. I think this was a good starter place, but if you can afford it go elsewhere. I plan on moving out when my lease is up.
