Lived here for 4 months, the carpet was anything but new. When I moved in the disposal was broken as was the dishwasher, the refrigerator was 1970 vintage and just about as usable as an ice chest.
The bathroom toilets were both plugged with paint, both bathroom sinks were plugged, and the stairs were so bad that you could feel them buckle under your footsteps (btw only 170 lbs )
Half the screens were missing, the tile was so old and torn up that you wonder if it was piece work taken from other apartments.
3 times in 2 months my car was broken into. When I moved in I was told they woudl be replacing the rotted fencing, 2 weeks before I moved out they finally did but failed to put in the gate to the patio, completely leaving my privacy behind and my apartment and patio wide open to break in and theft.
Bottom line is that the 1 and only thing this place cares about is that your rent is paid on time.
If you are wise you will avoid this place like the plague.
