I live in total amazement everyday of how it gets worse and worse at these apartments. The neighbors get louder, traffic (drug dealing traffic that is) gets heavier and heavier, the apartments get trashier and trashier, etc... They are constantly trying to "fix" the place up, only to cause more and more inconviences for the residents. Since I have lived there in the short 2-3 months, I have woken up to mice (plural), which I was told I had to catch and kill myself, leaking dishwashers, refridgerators, ceilings, and yes, even leaking electrical outlets!! I had water streaming out of my electrical outlets.

The worst part is that the management must have a true understanding of how poorly the living conditions are because they do nothing to make up for it ... no compensation at all. They state it as a "known" problem and send someone down, when they have time, to "fix" it (which is usually just a quik patch job to hold things over until they break again. Everything from the parking, to the lying management staff, to the $4 /hour ground crew and maintnance men, to the $200 apartments (which you will be paying $500 - $700) for are the worst that I have ever encountered in my day.
