The apartment complex is smaller than most I have seen and is mixed in with townhomes. The landscaping is well maintained but would prefer some planted flowers up around the buildings. It's close to 69 highway and all shopping centers in every direction. I would give it an "A" for all of this.
The first floor 1 bedroom apt. I have is pretty large with walkout doors on both sides so you don't feel like you live in a closet. However, I would NOT get a first floor if I had to do it over again. The floors are thin and you can hear the pounding on floors as people walk through. The apartment comes with ample cable, phone, and electrical outlets. The appliances are all Roper and have only basic settings. For example, the washer will only allow hot water for regular wash cycle, so bring your own! And the oven does not have a light.
Office & maintenance staff are friendly and correct items when needed. Although, a few walk-thru items were still needed for me and were corrected after a few reminders. A few of the buildings need more lighting and/or have burned out. The pool, sidewalks, and driveways always look clean and well kept.
Parking is a little tight on some days and there is no assigned parking or limitation on number of cars. Some residents keep 3-4 cars and take up all the spaces. I would feel more secure if the parking was registered for security reasons.
