I lived at Centennial Park Apts for approximately 8 months, only because I fought with the management hard in order to get out of my lease. I rented there with the expectations of getting a high quality (because the prices are high) and friendly staff. The manager was very rude if you could talk to her at all. She was either in her office on personal calls or not there at all. Don't even think about leaving a message, you will not get a response. I highly recommend and beg of you to keep looking around Overland Park. I recommend the Lakes of Lions Gate or Bradford Pointe. Trust me, do not stay here!
