spacious, clean. Good Air conditioning. The only drawback is that it is near rt 56, which is noisy during the day and somewhat noisy at night. If you are looking for a quiet area, you need to look else where.

Also, they charge $10 each for any type of spot on the carpet, $35 dollars each if the spot is larger than 1-2 2 inches. We kept the place clean and yet somehow ended up with $110 deductions after living there for 4 months.
