Take pictures of EVERYTHING when you first move in! Especially the carpet. They never replace anything. The carpet was disgusting when we first moved in. I remember asking Tori, the girl showing it to us, if they could replace it because it looked so bad, She said, "Regarless of the condition, we only replace the carpet once every six years." And they really will charge you LOTS of money to clean it when you move out... Even if it is spotless. So don't plan on getting a place that has that 'new' look, These don't... I promise.

I lived at Centennial when it was AMLI. Maybe things have changed in their replacement policy, but I had new carpet and when I moved out, the maint. guy did a quick glance and signed off on the walk-thru. If you didn't like the initial condition, why the hell did you agree to move in?!! People are dumb, if you are a consumer, then YOU make the demands "replace it or find another renter".....buh-bye!
