I stayed here for 2 plus years and always had a problem with pests and leaking roofs. Complaint many times but arrogant management was not much helpfull. The roofers used to come after months of the leaks and could not fix it. I used to call for the pest controll and never saw the effect. I always asked them to leave a note so that I will know if they came or not. I never got any note. Once they sprayed the apartment with out a notice and I have to throw away food and my todllers toys. Upon complaining they blamed us saying we requested. I could provide them the logs of phone calls but they did not even bother to say soory. I lodged a complained with BBB, they did not bother to answer the complains. I hope the upper management will take some action. I think its a waste of money to pay for a leaking apartment and apartments with bugs. I have to check every night my todllers crib to check if there are any bugs as I found 3-4 times some weird/scary looking bugs on her crib. Whenever it used to rain I have to wake and see if its not leaking on any important part.

Parking is bad, if you have friends then its a problem.

There are better apartments near by.
