The installation was terrible. Our gas and electric bills were through the roof, the furnace was constantly running. Other residents always parked in my garage spot and mgmt wouldn't do anything about it. Changed mgmt several times during our time there. Buzzer to let people in never worked so anytime I had a visitor I would have to go down to the garage and let them in. Even though we didn't really want to stay, we were wanting to buy a house soon so we thought we would do a short term lease until we were ready. But then when our lease expired, they wanted to raise our rent from $775 to $1000!!! For that price we might as well have been paying for a mortgage so we vacated and bought our first house. Glad to be gone!
