I lived there for a year. They got a nice pool table but the club house closes at 6. The weight-room is terrible and the neighbors are all super old. Maybe thats because the retirement home is in the walking distance. My balcony door had a huge crack in it and the fire sprinkler system suddenly exploded in my wall. The maintenance man fixed it but didn't do a great job. He broke the lamp cover in the corridor and didn't bother picking up all the shattered pieces. I was finding glass splinters in my feet afterwards. The only nice things about Claremont are a great location, switch-on fireplace and an occasional hot landlady.
