Bad -- Classic Price Bros Property

It seems to me that all Price Brothers properties suffer the same problems -- too few maintenance staff for the number of units.
During my stay at the Claremont, I could never get anything fixed! The office staff (well, one of them) can be nice, but it seemed like they changed like most people change underwear. I think in the 2 years I lived there I dealt with a handful of new people, including management.
On top of that, I can't begin to tell you how often I was awakened by screeching fire alarms. Was there ever a fire' NO. A pipe burst, there was a sensor malfunctioning, whatever. Plus, during the time I was moving out there was a huge water leak from the 4th floor that went all the way down to the 1st floor before the emergency maintenance guy (who LIVED in one of the apartments getting damaged) even woke up or noticed.
I wouldn't recommend living here... they look beautiful but pray that nothing EVER goes wrong because it will NEVER get fixed.

It sounds like "Dark Water" meets "The Three Stooges".
