I moved here about 5 months ago and my experience has been pretty good overall. Management is very nice, if anything needs to be fixed they get around to it within the day typically. The apartments are spacious and clean. Patios are much larger than most.Some of the appliances are a little outdated but work fine. The bonus is that they will let you paint as long as you paint it back to white before you move out. Its typically very quiet here i rarely hear my nieghbors. I feel pretty safe here since entry into the building requires a key. Finding a parking spot has never been an issue; just make sure you take anything valuable out of your car. Within the past 3-4 months there have been several cars broken into. Some of these cars were parked in the garage (which requires a key to get into) or cars that were parked right in front of the office building. Management seems to think its not a problem because they refuse to look into it or install security cameras. This is an ongoing issue, and each time it happens management just looks the other way. With the exception of the car break-ins i really do like this complex.
