Its a great place to be. The management is very helpful and the prices are extremely resonable for the space.

No, some people are people who view the reality of apartment communities...not everything is always good for some people, likewise not everything is always bad. Almost any community will have SOME sort of complaint, and each will also have people who have enjoyed their experience. If they enjoy it, why be sarcastic about THEIR experience. For people who've had multiple problems in an apartment I urge for them to ask for more than just the PRICE when looking for an apartment. That's one of the worst questions people can ask, yet I am certain it is the most common question. People manage to ignore issues that may be overt to others, but because the PRICE is good, they move in. However, if people do expect more of a community, be willing to pay for it. Others are fine with a community for what they pay for it. I personally wouldn't pay only $500 -$750 for an apartment, but if I did, I wouldn't expect the world out of those apartments either.
