One bad thing after another

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
 
This place was horrible. I am surprised to see good ratings here. Managment was always changing, nobody fixed anything, nobody cared, place was a roach infested dump like other review says. Maybe other apartments near by run by the same company were ok, but this one was rock bottom the worst place in area. We stayed way to long, I kick myself for not moving sooner.
