Our lease will be up in a few months and we won't be renewing for heath reasons. I have a bad reaction to smoke and there's apparently just no way to keep it out of our apartment. We spent the fist half of our stay here with no heat or a/c because it pulled the nasty air in from the neighbours' places or the basement. The management claimed that they'd changed the filters and such, but there was no change.
If you don't have a problem with smoke then I'd recommend this place.

Cons:
-The windows and doors are poorly sealed and let in the outside or hallway air.
-You can hear people come in the main door and on the bottom floor the upstairs can get loud if they're being active. We have a 4 year old above us though, so it's pretty understandable. Nothing really out of the ordinary. We only hear our nieghbours behind us if we both happen to be in the bathroom at the same time because the wall is shared adnd across the hall we only hear the piercingly yappy dog.
-Management and staff don't seem to really care about the residents at all.
-if you have any sort of smoke allergy, make sure you can check out the unit you'll be moving into. Bottom floor helps too because you can use the door to the bedroom if you don't mind crawling over the porch railing.
-Small living room closet
-The grounds aren't terribly well kept if you care about that. The "grassy" area in front of our apartment is as much mud as grass at the moment.
-Laundry in the basement (two sets in each 8 unit block) and they just raised the price so now I think it's 1.75 for each wash and each dry.



Pros:
-Just days after we moved in our fridge broke down over night. We called them in the morning and they had maintenance there with a brand new one that afternoon.
-I absolutely love having a door straight from our bedroom out onto the patio area (about 5' deep, running the length of the apartment)
-Very large bedroom and closet.
-Convenient location (24 hr grocery, several excellent restaurants in any price range, and strip malls literally blocks away)
-Decent swimming pool
-FAST hot water and ok water pressure.
-Big storage unit in the basement
