My elderly grandmother has lived here for 15 years. I have watched it go from a relatively nice place to live with residents consisting mainly of older people to an area over run by trash. My grandma has had her tires slashed twice in the last 3 years. I looked at a unit in another building. The hallway smelled like urine. There were bugs everywhere. Someone had a television on that was blasting into the hallway. The lights were burnt out. The unit they showed us (and by "showed us" I mean they gave us the keys and told us where to go without having us fill anything out) was really dirty. They obviously hadn't cleaned at all since the last tenants moved out. Another negative, the units don't have dishwashers. The laundry rooms are ANCIENT. They have 1 or 2 washers and dryers. The steps are so steep and the basement is really musty. All in all, this place is just gross.

Very creepy place indeed, anhd moldy stench is everywhere in all lower units fr4om flooded basement,sentire place is not up to code. Several tenants called the health department on the complexes, owners are lawyers so they paid off the city workers to shut up. This place is a horrible dump. Check their basements and lower units , it is full of mold. Nasty and unhealthy ,a total health hazard. They should tear this down, city should shut this place down period. I know of tenenst who never been sick before in their livesd and now they have severe respiratory problems, skin rashes, abnormal Xrays and some tenants were even sent to a chest CT, mold is a serious problem here, but they do not make an issue out of it, they just wnat to take the rent and make no improvements, this place is a hellhole. A night mare.
